Awesome breakfast and great staff!
We had an amazing time! The breakfast was seriously delicious and the location couldn't be better. Our room had a great view, but our neighbors were kinda loud on the first night. Staff were super helpful though—they even gave us a free breakfast for the trouble! Only thing was the bathroom plug didn't fit, but they fixed it quickly.

Not recommended for couples looking for a quiet stay
Had a decent room with a comfy bed and a great view but that doesn't make up for the chaos. The staff did try to help us with the noise issue but the party next door just didn't stop no matter what.
It wasn't inexpensive but the experience left a lot to be desired.

Exceptional Staff and Cozy Rooms
My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and had a wonderful spa bath that added a luxury touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Anthony, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location near the docks made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. I found the breakfast options somewhat limited and would have loved more variety.

Cozy stay with quirks
The room had a great layout with two double beds, but one was super comfy while the other was like sleeping on rocks. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Restaurant had some nice options. The TV was a bit too small for the room though, which was a bummer.

The rooftop bar's cocktails were top-notch, and the breakfast had a solid spread! The staff were legends, ever so helpful, making our stay more pleasant.
The air con was a no-show, leaving us roasting and the shower was a disaster. water went everywhere except where it should.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, always happy to chat about the hotel’s cool history, which is a big plus! the rooftop bar was really nice with great views of the docks. our room was spacious and had comfy beds which helped us sleep like babies. breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty tasty too. definitely gonna come back again next time we're in liverpool!
the lift was outta order which made getting to our room a bit of a trek, and we found some stains on the carpet that needed a good clean.
